Creating a polyline

You can easily create a polyline in the following way:
A. Click
on the icon in the Draw toolbar
or
B. Choose the menu
option Draw -> Polyline
or
C. Type the command PLINE in
the command line and press <Enter>
then
click on the position of the screen
where you want to draw start point of the polyline
or
type precise position in the command
line and press <Enter>
then repeat the following steps for each segment / part
of the line (line or arc):

If you want to add a line as a part of the polyline then
(if
previously was an arc then type letter L (l) and press <Enter>)
Then click
on the next point of the polyline and the line will be drawn from previous to
current point

If you want to add an arc as a part of the polyline then
(if
previosuly was not an arc then type letter A (a) and press <Enter>)
Then click
on the position on screen where you want to draw end point of the arc within
the polyline or type exact position in the command line
After you entered all points of the polyline press
<Enter> to finish entering of the polyline.
Polylines are connected sequences of lines created as an
individual object. You can make segments (parts of polyline) from straight
lines or with arc segments or their combination
Polyline points are called Vertex-es.
Multisegment lines allow editing lines unavailable for
individual lines.
You can make a simple polyline consisting of line
segments by only clicking one point after another and at at the end of entering
press <Enter>.
If you want to create a polyline of arc segments then
only on beginning press A and <Enter>, then draw arcs from one point to
another and press <Enter> at the end.
