A nice start on BabaCAD.  I just started giving it a try, but items I miss from other CAD platforms:

CursorSize: call me old fashion, I like 100%

Menu: this would go along with the v1.3 Lisps

User custom menus for lisp commands is on priority list already, and custom toolbar icons too (user will have to write text configuration file for both menus and toolbars).

Variable cursor size is a nice feature, so I will try to prepeare it for 1.3 final release, if not then in next release.

Nice, looking forward to it.

I also notice that BabaCAD only supports DWG versions thru 2007, but I think the file open dialogue will show an icon for versions newer than that?  I say this because when I click to open that file, BabaCAD terminates with a runtime error.  It might be good to also include a check that wouldn't display file preview icons for DWG versions greater than supported?

Sorry I have tried it, but it fails ever if I try to load a dwg file from Autocad 2010 or from Autocad R14 (really old version).
DXF I can load but not save as dwg.
Undo works not every time, sometimes the PC hangs.
Is it not working with OS WINDOWS XP-Pro??

It works for every windows (xp,7,8). Can open dwg up to 2006. Save as dxf 2000 (can't save as dwg). There are few bugs in undo, will be fixed in next release.

Still not possible in 1.3.5, so also my vote for it.
