Introducing

Hello members,

I would like to give a very tiny introduction of myself.
I am a retired Dutchman from just over 60 years and shortly working with CAD.
Used AutoCad2008 LT and it got me hooked. Specially since I can also use a laserplotter to cut cardboard.

Autocad is heavy and expensive. Found out BabaCad looks very similar.
Gonna do some tests to see if the files made can also being used with the laser.
This appears not always being the case...

In addition: I made little recommandation for BabaCad in a big computermagazine in Netherlands; Computer-Idee.
So maybe there will be some more activitye here soon....

Thanks for recommendation. BabaCAD makes it hard to reach many people cause this is no commercial project with no support at all. But there are good people like you who are helping to spread the news about this useful and free CAD tool.
